1. SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCTS WITHIN GREECE
The delivery of the ordered products in Greece takes place within a period of one (1) to three (3) working days from the date of acceptance of the order by the Company, between 09:00 and 15:00 pm. to the address you have indicated when completing your details.
The above deadlines do not apply and the Company has no responsibility in cases of delay and/or failure to deliver due to force majeure (extreme weather, strikes, etc.), however we will inform you accordingly.
● The order may be delayed in the event that telephone and/or e-mail communication with you is impossible (if there is a problem with the order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. the information entered is not correctly updated

● For shipments abroad, the order is made after communication and if the product is still available

PRODUCT CHANGES
If the product you ordered does not satisfy you in terms of size or shape, we will change the product only after consultation with the store, via a message to our online store info@horosimansi.com or by phone at 2310.783.795
Changes are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order with a shipping cost of €5 for Greece while the change is made via Courier hand to hand. In the event of a change, you do not send anything, you inform us and we immediately set up the change process
PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to return the products you have purchased free of charge within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you are only charged for the direct cost of returning the products and the cost of the original shipment.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. wrong item, etc.).
In the event of a return of the products, you do not send anything, you inform us and we immediately set up the refund process to the bank account number that you will indicate to us. Your refund will be completed within 2 working days from the date we receive the products.
